Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

shipping Procedures

Customers can avail themselves of nationwide and worldwide shipping options while ordering online. We process one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to different addresses, you could consider placing separate orders and making payments for them separately. The shipping date depends on your preferred delivery location and delivery type. Please note that the customers located outside Dhaka have to collect the delivery from their nearest courier branches.How do I check the status of my order?
